I was able to get a new smart thermostat and free tune up on my HVAC from my electric company. Tanya reached out to me to schedule a date and time. Jesse was my technician and arrived within 30 minutes of him calling. He was very professional and installed my thermostat and tune up in no time. When he left my heat was not coming on and the thermostat was cutting on and off. I called the office and sent an email along with a video. Tanya reached out almost immediately and said Jesse will be back. He arrived about 30 mins later and I explained the what was happening. Jesse came today to install a new thermostat. He so incredibly professional and patient. Actually helped entertain/distract my infant grandson while I figured out the new App. I highly recommend Modern Aire and will definitely call when we are in need of any HVAC issues. Thank you Jesse!

Came home Friday. Unit was not working. Contacted Jesse at 4pm. He arrived within 30min. Diagnosed and fixed the issue same evening. Jesse was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend.
