We had an amazing experience with this company! Root did an OUTSTANDING JOB on my son's first tattoo. He provided great communication on the design and welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was top-notch from the first visit until the actual service date. This place and Root exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Root to anyone looking for quality tattoos and excellent service.
Jim is hands down the best tattoo artist there is!! He has completed all 10 of mine! Root is very professional & courteous, even offered me a plate and salt/pepper to eat my lunch with! Safe to say my husband & I had a great date day with the best people around! You won't regret going to Chronic Ink!
I go and see Jim to have my tattoos done but I've known him for a while. Everyone there seems to know what they are doing they are very friendly to the customers. I have never had a problem going there.
