AmeriSpec is a high recommends for me. Mike was very thorough, constantly updated me on his findings, and took a genuine interest in ensuring I understood corrective measures that were needed.

Daytona--who scheduled my appointment--was so friendly and patient. Steve, my Inspector, was nothing short of amazing!! He was extremely thorough, prompt, friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions without being condescending. I would highly recommend your company to all of my friends and family.

Justin with Amerispec did a fantastic job inspecting my new home! He was very thorough and took the time to explain the details of all his findings. He was happy to answer all of my questions and address any issues I had as a first time home buyer. He was very polite and professional and has a very genuine nature that inspired confidence in the work he did.
