Top to Bottom did a fantastic job with our situation in the basement of our house. They made sure there wasnt any mold and dried all areas that were wet from a misfunction we had with our sump pump. They were very flexible with scheduling time to come and get the work done as well! They were very clear about what was getting done and how everything is laid out in the contract. Thank you so much! Found Top To Bottom Renovation,Inc online after receiving less than adequate customer service while calling another area company. T.T B, Inc definitely gets 5 stars for their quick response to remove a room of soaking wet carpet. The customer service from the entire team made an exasperating dilemma, a lot more tolerable. I highly recommend this company and won't hesitate to call on them again...hopefully not too soon though.
