We had a major flood in our basement, and this company came in and completely turned things around. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and very thorough. They handled everything from cleanup to the rebuild, and the results are even better than before the damage.
Communication was clear throughout the entire process, timelines were met, and they treated our home with respect. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship with excellent customer service, but they did exactly that.
I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or needing basement renovations—you won’t be disappointed!
The hair was wonderful no complaints on the product whatsoever. The shop was very clean and cute! I love that there's a physical location for bundles. However the employee that runs the bundle side of the shop "stepped out" and I have waited at the door now from 1:04pm-1:20pm. The woman still hasn't returned. I'm in such a major rush and need to be in silver spring an hour away atp. (She eventually arrived and now I understand. They run the shop but the shop runners are also the stylist. She stepped out to the supply store with a client who she returned with. So plan accordingly)
Very nice have been going forr over 3 years off and on. Completely remodeled last experience not so good but everyone deserves a second chance.

The heel cap on my patten leather boot came off. Marlow fixed ASAP and taught me to keep the boots out of the box. Your shoes can cook in the box they come in and actually damage your shoe. I never knew this!!!
