Our heat stopped working on the coldest day of the year, on a Saturday, of course! We called Alisea HVAC in the morning, and Tim was there right away. He hooked us up to keep our heat running while we awaited a part and returned as soon as the part came in to install. He has fair pricing, personable demeanor, and is extremely knowledgeable. He explained so many things to us about heating and A/C to maximize our current system. We definitely recommend and will be using him for all of our future needs!
