Adam has been bandaiding our VERY old ac/heatpump for months until there was just no fixing it anymore. When it finally gave out completely Adam worked with us to make sure we got it replaced as quickly as possiable, because of course it went out on the coldest night of the year. Adam is always responsive, professional, friendly and affordable. Highly recommend.

Adam was great, spending the time needed during his initial visit to diagnose my Goodman control board failure that caused my propane furnace backup to not work in my dual fuel heat pump. He ordered the part, made an appointment with me to replace the failed board, and quickly had me back up with a fully functioning system. Adam also leverages technology VERY well, with text and email communications that kept me up to date on the status of my repair, as well as made scheduling, arrival times, and billing/payment easy and well documented for me.He took the time to discuss various performance settings and why particular setting were best for my high efficiency equipment....read full review
