Adam was here within 15 minutes of my call, on a Saturday afternoon! The problem with my HVAC was fixed in 2 minutes, a connector was dislodged. Adam also brought his wet vac in, and took care of the overflowing water in the pan under the unit caused by the loose connector. The very reasonable service call was discounted 10%, as I have been a satisfied customer of ICS for several years.
