The doctor and staff at Professional Vision Timonium really helped me out the other day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience there even though they were delivering bad news. I’m not a regular but the office is near my workplace. I called early with a problem and they fit me in immediately. When Dr. Mok found a tear in my retina the staff went above and beyond to get me to a specialist nearby in short order. Now I’m on the mend and changing my primary vision care to Professional Vision Timonium!

I've been entrusting Professional Vision with the care of my vision, testing, advice and corrective products (glasses) for a long time. The doctor is outstanding with his knowledge, skills and abilities. Basic trust has been established between me (the patient) and the doctor. This is a critical characteristic for long term care.
The staff that supports this operation at Professional Vision is equally capable, experienced and technically proficient. They make the visit an enjoyable one, and instill a high degree of confidence in the care and attention to detail they provide.

Everyone was very pleasant and nice Beautiful smile and willing to listen and explain what they were about to do especially answer every question you wanted to know. I enjoy my visit with them.
