I had a wonderful experience at Palm Beach Tan in Timonium. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. A special thank you to Sarah, the manager, and Alysia for being so friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Love this place, as I had stated before, I didn't know it was there until a couple years ago. It is still a great tanning place, as I have joined again. They have added a wellness center, meaning red light therapy in a sauna or just a chair with red light therapy to use on your face or any part of your body you'd like to use it, as well as a tanning bed, which covers your whole body while you tan and you can get spritz with water while you enjoy all the amenities while getting tan. I don’t go tanning very often, but I’ve kept a membership at Palm Beach Tanning. When I came in today, I was surprised to learn that my membership payments hadn’t been going through, and I had a balance of a few hundred dollars. The manager, Sarah Rutkowski, was incredibly kind and professional in helping me understand what happened. She took the time to explain the situation clearly and offered me a very fair solution.
