Please fire this lady ebony whoever she is has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen and at a children’s place at that when I say I am a mother just coming to get my son hair cut because I’m having a hard time with my child’s hair and the way she treated me and my 3 year old son was beyond disgusting she rushed us mind you there was no one even in the establishment and once she did that I was like ok what’s going on here? She can’t be serious so then she’s asking questions about my sons hair like she’s in disgust and all I’m doing is asking for help I could not believe the way I was treated. I have never went to an establishment and felt as though I was about to start tearing up, but today was different, me and my son were treated so horribly and I cannot wait to speak to a manager at this location to tell them about this experience because I was treated less than a customer and I actually was speaking very nicely to her talking very nicely to her and for her to treat us like that, and she didn’t even welcome us she looked at us with disgust and I’m not over exaggerating she looked at us with disgust in her eyes and I’m just like are you serious and so I told my son I kindly said let’s go let’s go believe me if I were you and you were looking for a person to cut your child hair do not pick Ebony. She’s a different person when there is nobody around and I kinda got that feeling when I first came in there and thought something would be different and I said good morning to her. She looked me up and down and said what’s your child’s last name not a good morning hello how are you? Disrespectful experience miss Aleisha cut my sons hair before when he was one years old after his birthday, and she did a excellent job this Ebony lady I don’t know who she is. I definitely will not be coming back to her and for her to treat us like that and then she looked at my sons hair with disgust and said , oh you’re gonna have to do something with this. You know we charge extra extra for this right? I don’t know what you want me to do but we charge extra for this and I really thought it was a joke and so I have no intentions on ever going back to that place to see that lady I cannot believe how nasty of an individual she was. I never leave nasty reviews but today I will because I’ve never been treated so nasty in my life and I had my three year old son with me which made it that much worse and I literally felt myself tearing up because I’m just a mom that really needed help with her child hair and to be treated like that was beyond disgusting she don’t know if I had a issue with my hands why I couldn’t fully comb out my son hair and instead of her saying she didn’t want to do it she decided to make fun of my sons hair and called it matted which it is 100% not he just woke up so obviously it would look that way to the owner this is truth no lie run the tapes back in the store and see how nasty your employee is

Alisha did AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend her for a first haircut. She did exactly what we wanted and was so great with our boy! We will definitely be seeing Alisha for future hair cuts!

Julie was great! She was efficient and did a great job. She knew how to calm my son and give him a wonderful first haircut! My son loved the slide and we loved his first haircut certificate!

Ari was Arlo's hairstylist and she was great! She was very patient with him even when he was wiggly. It was his first haircut. She understood his curly hair and was able to recommend products that would work for him. The products we purchased there are working great! He looked great after she was done as well! We can't wait to come back and see her!

They give good children's haircuts. Denise gives great haircuts and is so good with kids. My Nephew's haircut looks so good. They are very child friendly.

Cookie Cutters did a fantastic job with my son’s hair, which was super impressive because he screamed like a Banshee the entire time. Alisha was so patient and sweet despite the headache my son almost definitely gave her. His hair looks adorable, and we will be returning in the future!

This place is amazing for kids! My son is no longer as afraid of haircuts and has so much fun when we come here. The staff is amazing and I love the hairdresser that does my son's hair. I highly recommend them.

We recently took our 1-year-old in for his first haircut. He is a little anxious in new environments and around new people, but Alisha made the entire experience a breeze. She had no problem with how much he moved and constantly checked with us to ensure we were happy with everything she was doing. The team made sure we got bags of hair, and took a picture with our little guy for his certificate in the salon. I couldn't recommend this place more. If you have little ones, the drive is worth it. Thank you so much Cookie Cutters!
