Raines Restoration was a godsend. From the beginning Stephanie was very pleasant and comforted me while I tried to work through my calamity. Trey was super nice and very knowledgeable. The crew Anthony and Austin were very fast and always professional. I had several contractors remark how they were impressed with how clean and fast Trey’s teams are. They were all knowledgeable and professional. I hope to not need them again but if I have another disaster they are the first ones I am calling. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Unfortunately I had an incident at my home which required Raines services. They were very responsive and were able to come to my home and get me squared away. Very professional and polite and took the utmost care regarding my home and the condition they left it in. They took care of everything my insurance needed. We had a great experience with Raines Restoration from start to finish. Stephanie was knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring every time I spoke with her on the phone. Trey was professional and thorough when taking readings and explaining everything that would happen with our remediation. Anthony and Austin were efficient and friendly when they came out to install and take away the fans needed. Everyone was so helpful and friendly when I was stressed and worried, which was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be recommending Raines to anyone I know who needs a restoration/remediation company.
