I can not say enough about everyone I interacted with from the first call to the last, pleasant, responsive, knowledgeable, patient professional, and just great people who take pride in doing their job very well. My husband went in the crawl space before we put it on the market and found nothing wrong,. So we were completely and unpleasantly surprised when we learned otherwise. What began as a disaster was handled with priority and concern for safety of our family. Made first call for appointment to come assess the concern on a Thursday. Was told owner was leaving for a trip out of the country the following week and what I described to be the problem caused immediate structural concern. Owner came out the very next day. We were told our safety was ok but the problem needed to be addressed immediately when he returned. We were promised a detailed proposal of ALL work needed and photos.
