Very professional! Jacob did a great job identifying issues and mapping out the scope of work. He and Lew did a great job removing mold-affected drywall. They had drop cloths on their path through the house, so they left no footprints. Office manager Stephanie was always professional and helpful, and provided cost estimates and invoices quickly.
