Hi my name is Vincent Smith, It’s hard to put into words how I feel about Chris and his team or professionals. It’s very seldom you work with a company / team that rebuilds your home, like they are rebuilding their own home. I will always say “They rebuilt my father’s (Edward Smith) home with their hearts, which means they worked on his home, as if it was theirs”. Working with Chris and his team has been a great experience, from design to completion of construction. They were very easy to work with when it came to changes / change orders. Chris and his team were very professional and worked with us to completely renovate an older farmhouse originally built in the 1940’s. Through the many challenges we faced, Chris was transparent and reasonable thru it all. All of his subs were very professional and easy to work with as well.

We have used The North Star Companies for several jobs in the past, with the most recent being the largest. We hired them do a complete renovation of our home in Severn. The job grew larger as demo began and turned into a job requiring the rebuild of exterior walls, demo of concrete slabs - basically the house had to be rebuilt from the ground up. All new plumbing, electric, framing, windows, siding, roof, etc. I have known Chris for 20+ years and was confident that our forever home would be solid and done right.
