Every time they are all so professional. From the people that answer the phones to the delivery and pick up guys. One of a few companies that show up when they say they are going to show up‼️ I used the storage unit, placed in my driveway, to give me space to empty out each room as I remodeled and did electrical work in my home.Thanks, Bob
Outstanding Customer Service and Top-Notch Management – Hands Down!
We recently rented a 16’ moving container from UNITS for our move to a new home. On the last day, a small accident occurred when the operator was maneuvering the container near our house’s overhang, which unfortunately caused some damage. It was an honest mistake.
When I contacted Matt, the UNITS manager, I was genuinely impressed by their dedication to customer care. Matt went above and beyond to resolve the situation, working closely with us to get the roof repaired promptly and professionally. The repair was completed on time, just as promised.

Everything worked smoothly with Units. They showed up as scheduled and had great customer service from the Owner. They are locally owned and it showed. Their delivery guy Thomas was great both delivering and picking it up. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
