After dealing with sub-par HVAC subs, I was referred to Fresh Air Concepts. We scheduled them for a unit that had been having problems for months and no one could repair it. Right away we knew they were different. First we received an email when the tech was en route, with a link to track his location! When the tech arrived, he called and gave a full report, repaired the unit, provided a written report--all within a couple of hours! Top it off, the invoice was extremely reasonable! This kind of service and expertise is INSANE! So grateful we found them!!
Called fresh air to vacuum out a clogged HVAC system. They were able to send staff out same day to do the cleaning and repair.
The tech, Anderson was very pleasant and informative and showed how to prevent future clogs.
We were in a pickle on what seemed to be the hottest day of the year. Returned to a very hot house , they were there the next morning and had us up and running by noontime. Can’t thank you enough, Josh was courageous, informative, professional and took two bee stings for the team. Great company.
