“I am a giant baby about the dentist. I mean, I need an emotional support human to even accompany me. I came here because the reviews were great and honestly I saw some photos of work done and felt it was a safe space. Dr. Masood not only took me in as an emergency patient, but was gentle and slow and patient while I had my root canal and temp crown. The front desk staff were so kind and the hygienist kept checking in on me. I didn’t feel embarrassed that I put off the work because I was afraid, they didn’t shame me or make me feel bad. My bill was totally reasonable (overdue dental work is never cheap) and I will be a patient for life. Thank you to everyone at Chesapeake Smiles for being kind and patient with a fearful patient.
