Update: Went to my local location and the manager, Chloe, was kind and attentive to my concerns. She was willing to investigate the issue and helped me get my device. I am awaiting more information from her to finish the process, but I appreciated her level of care so far about the current issue. Thank you, Chloe. Once I spoke to people in the flesh, everyone in the office was nice and attentive.
Zero stars if possible. I was prescribed oxygen and cannot get anyone on the phone to deliver it. I've received 2 calls last week promising to deliver and then to set it up but no one ever showed up on the delivery dates. I've been calling several... read full review

I was excited to receive the call within hours after my doctor recommended a medical device for my use. Rep did everything and I submitted the paperwork as required and I asked if the item could be shipped or delivered so she put the request to have it shipped to my home. Well after a week passed, then two weeks passed I called the number of my insurance rep but only spoke with people to tell me the item was out of stock. I guess that the standard when folks dont want to thoroughly do their job. Well it was approaching a month and still had not received my medical device so I spoke to a relative about the situation and was referred to Tina Courey who and got results.... read full review

After switching insurers, I had several companies to choose from, so I chose Apria. The interactions were clunky and the ordering process seemed to lag. Good news is that the product I ordered was correct. I hope future orders flow smoother.
