Gretchel Clairvoyance is a pleasure to work with. She responds quickly to my request and follows up to ensure the work is complete. My only complaint is that some appointments are scheduled without confirming my availability. Therefore, leaving me to rearrange my schedule. Overall, I am pleased with the urgency to meet my request.
RPM Gold Company provides exceptional service. Each time they visit, their team is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. I especially appreciate the follow-up communication from Gretchen in Clairvoyance, who ensures clients remain informed and supported throughout the service process. That level of care truly stands out. I highly recommend RPM Gold Company to anyone seeking reliable and professional services.
Had a problem with my AC. With these weather temperatures it was so hot and RPM was on top of it. They sent a tech out the following morning and Gail called several times to follow up which did not have to do and I soooo appreciated that. Thank you :-)
