Brandon Johnson and his crew are first class in quality, expertise, and professionalism. They replaced our upstairs compressor and air handler a few months ago. They fairly priced and performed the work that was needed and nothing that wasn’t. They worked cleanly and efficiently. Today I had the opportunity to interact with them in a commercial setting and it was exactly the same professionalism and efficiency.

The only reason I gave them a 5 star review is because there are not anymore to give. Rewind to 6 days ago, I sent in an inquiry to them about getting an estimate. 15 minutes later they were on the phone and came out the next day (based on my soonest availability) to give us an estimate. Brandon came in and looked at our system and we discussed our options (I already knew it was toast). We decided to get away from gas and go with a heat pump. As promised we received an email that evening with an estimate, I promptly emailed back and approved the installation. Brandon was the only person that would come see me today. My AC has been out for 2 days so you can imagine how hot my house is. He was prompt and came within 2 hours of calling. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable with him and he explained everything to me. Beyond reasonably priced. I'll be using him for all my needs in the future!
