To begin with, Shannon was fantastic! Jon showed up within a very (relatively) short time. Was able to diagnose the problem quickly and able to replace the motor. Highly, without question, recommend. Job well done!
Hancock was always very prompt in checking our refrigeration whenever we have problems. The crew are very professional and nice to work with. We had been their customer for more than 12 years and we always grateful for their services. I highly recommend them.
Great, quick, and personable service from Hancock's! We had called another local service for our broken a/c, and they were scheduling days out - and then called the day of to reschedule. Hancock's got Ethan out to our home within hours of our call. He was thorough, kind, and double checked everything to confirm all was back in order before he left.
We'll be using this company from now on when we need HVAC work!
