As a homeowner within the jurisdiction of T&A Covenant Solutions, I cannot express enough disappointment with their management services. It's abundantly clear that their priorities lie everywhere but with the residents they claim to serve.
From day one, it was evident that communication was a foreign concept to them. Emails went unanswered, phone calls were ignored, and when they did bother to respond, it was with vague, dismissive remarks that left us more frustrated than before.
