Reliable Construction exceeded my expectations! I was so pleased with the final results: more beautiful than I had hoped for!

After obtaining 5 different estimates to add a porch onto the front of my house, I choose Reliable for two reasons: 1) A neighbor had hired them and gave positive feedback; 2) Very reasonably priced compared to others.

I was so pleased with the price, that I asked Kelvin if he could do more work on the house for me, and he agreed! I now have new insulated siding, a new roof, new gutters and a new front concrete sidewalk in addition to the wonderful porch that has electrical outlets and a lighted-ceiling fan! I had a large bandboard fall off my deck (8.5' above ground) during a large wind. All nails had rusted away. Having 22 to 26 more boards likely in similar shape, I needed them to be resecured. Reliable Construction (with a two person crew) not only repositioned the fallen (HEAVY) board but resecured all others with stainless steel nails expeditiously and professionally. Kelvin was referred to me by my real estate agent and after one text message he came to the property, I explained what I wanted and in less than three days he turned my vision into reality. My deck is beautiful and really adds a new dimension to my outdoor living space. I will use him again! Thank you so very much!
