Excellent quality of service and customer service, I called them for the Pest Control service and they not only did a good job but also explained the treatment process and how it works. After hearing great things about the service by ETS from my sister, I decided to call and schedule a carpet cleaning. Kate was helpful and responsive & able to schedule my cleaning in a timely manner. Leon & Max arrived on time and ready to work. They worked quickly and efficiently, making my carpet look new again. Once they were done, the carpet looked fantastic and my house just smelled fresh. I am very pleased and will definitely call again for another cleaning.
