We've had badly unbalanced heat from hot water baseboard radiators on our upper floor for years, and had both Heidler and Staton teams look at it for remedy. Staton's main suggestions involved moving the thermostat or try rebalancing by cutting out some of the aluminum radiator fins along the pipe in the warmest room, which I spent a few hours doing this winter. I was referred to Laurel plumbing. They arrived exactly when they said they would, diagnosed the issue in about 15 minutes (a closed return valve, two of the zones have a single thermostat-controlled head for outgoing water but two returns each), and with a half-turn of a flathead, solved the issues... read full review
