Had three service appointments with them so far and the services were excellent. A very professional knowledgeable crew particularly Mr Sin. The only issue is you can no longer call the store directly. Best Buy handles all calls centrally which is a bit inconvenient.
Shop clerk told me the computer had a "software failure" and cheapest repair was $200. He brought up an order on the checkout screen that in fine print was an agreement to charge my credit card $200 ANNUALLY for a membership. I said no; he said approve it and then he would take the annual off. Instead, I flashed a stack of $20 bills at him instead of a credit card. He grumbled, deleted the repair and entered one-time service for $150! I told him he said there was no cheaper price and he refused to talk.... Then, three days later when I went to pick up the computer, they lied about the repair, saying they removed five VPNs. The laptop only had one! -- they took it off and also removed two search engines and my anti-virus, and apparently that got the computer working. I monitored (without telling them) how much the fully-charged battery dropped while the computer was in their shop and it was turned on less than ten minutes. I will never return to that store for another repair. Liars!
