Darryl saved the day on a holiday weekend! We had a pest emergency the Saturday before Labor Day. My previous pest control company said they'd have someone come out on Wednesday but we couldnt wait that long. Extremely responsive. Accommodating. Great communication. The tech kept me informed of his location while enroute. My request was last minute due to discovery of a bee hive a few days before a home event. There were zillions of yellowjackets behind the house siding and a concrete stoop so there was nothing that I could easily do. And there was a second wasp nest in another area. A different pest control company told me they would require 2 treatments a week apart at almost twice the price of Destroy. I was going to have to somehow move our event. I hired Destroy instead. A different pest company had supposedly figured out how a rat was entering my house and sealed off the entry point. The rat came back, and the owner of that company said he couldn't figure out how it was getting in. I didn't find that answer acceptable, so called Destroy Pest Control. Within five minutes of stepping foot in my house, Lee from Destroy figured out how the rat was entering and showed me the confirmation. He also was incredibly kind and patient with me (I am super pregnant, have a toddler, and hate rodents) while he explained my options and his recommendation. I can't recommend Lee enough!
