Came here to pick up my order because every time I go in Cosmo Prof I end up buying A lot of everything lol! So I called myself doing the “responsible thing” and it ended up being customer appreciation week at the store which means even more deals IN STORE! I was looking to get some extra toner while I waited for my order to be prepared and luckily when I needed a question Ms G aka Genevieve the store manager was as more than able to assist as well as recommend me more products! I had such an amazing experience at the Laurel, Maryland Cosmo Prof thanks to Genevieve, the store manager. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I was looking for a very specific item for my kit, and she took the time to show me multiple options—explaining the features and providing thoughtful reasons why each one might work. In the end, I decided that none of them were quite the perfect fit for my needs, but I truly appreciated how thorough and patient she was throughout the process.

I just wanted to let people know the service here at the Laural storeis so great. They went way out of their way to help me find what I needed. I've owned a salon for 26 years and usually go to Cosmo near me, not to say they are doing anything wrong but the Laurel store went above and beyond! And I would do the 25 min trip to and from to get that kind of service. We all need to feel wanted...
