I was so excited to get our first home decorated this year for the holiday season. The first week of November I called these folks and they sent someone out the next day to give us a quote. The guy comes out, takes notes on our house, measurements etc and has us look through a portfolio of their work and choose the style that we like best! He tells us their minimum price and we agree and say we’re very excited and he lets us know he’s going to email over a quote specific to our house. Great! A whole week goes by without any email so I call in and I am told that I should be getting an email very soon, I confirm they have the correct email address. 5 more days go by...read full review

Beware!Very nice people on the phone, but not able to deliver.I called early November and promptly got a return call from a nice representative. I described what I wanted in terms of the installation of holiday lights at my residence. I asked if they could complete the installation the week after Thanksgiving. I was told that there would not be a problem and to go ahead and send photos of my house so they could send a price quote.A week later, I had not heard back and tried leaving messages -- I never got a response. I finally reached someone the week before Thanksgiving and was told that there wasn't a problem, someone would call me back that day. No one did, and when I called again I specifically asked if I should seek another vendor and was told not to bother, that there wasn't anyone they were aware of in my area and that "someone would be back to me."The Monday before Thanksgiving, I called again, feeling uneasy. This time I was told that they had been inundated with requests, but that my proposal was at the top of the list, and not to worry, "because the squeaky wheel gets noticed." Sure enough, the day before Thanksgiving, I called again. I did not leave a message, as I never got an answer to my numerous voice messages. Nonetheless, I got a call back a minute later from the first representative I spoke to who told me that he was so sorry, but they could not do my installation this year. Best part of the whole experience: after being specifically told not to bother seeking another vendor -- this representative told me to try and find someone else. I swear, you can't make that irony up.All of this could have been avoided if this service had been direct and forthcoming from the beginning.
