We have gotten our garage serviced by BWI garage for years and they never fail. Their technicians really know garage doors and are very reliable, we usually see the same ones and that is always a good sign. We had an issue where our door wouldn’t come down, the technician (Gideon) who has come in the past, immediately could tell it was an electrical issue and even tried to help me figure out where it was coming from. They are usually very responsive and in my case, came the same day and offered me the next day as well if I could not be home. We used BWI Garage Door’s services for over a year to service a lemon of a roll up garage door at our residence in DC. He always tuned it up so well it almost seemed brand new. When our garage door motor eventually gave out and just stopped mid-track or wouldn’t start moving at all, I called Adina at BWI Garage Doors first and spoke to her in detail about the issue.
