I have always been impressed by the service at BWI but they outdid themselves yesterday. My garage door was not functioning properly so I gave them a call and they were able to send someone out that afternoon. It turns out the door mechanism had come off its track and it was a 30 second fix. The best part was there was no charge! As a former customer, they covered the service visit under warranty.
