We have gotten our garage serviced by BWI garage for years and they never fail. Their technicians really know garage doors and are very reliable, we usually see the same ones and that is always a good sign. We had an issue where our door wouldn’t come down, the technician (Gideon) who has come in the past, immediately could tell it was an electrical issue and even tried to help me figure out where it was coming from. They are usually very responsive and in my case, came the same day and offered me the next day as well if I could not be home. Worked with Adina and team to repair our commercial office garage door. Her team was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and kind! Adina was so helpful with scheduling, preventative maintenance, and repairs. Not only are they customer forward, they care about the garage as if it were their own and you can tell by the level of detail and attention they place on repairs. We used BWI Garage Door’s services for over a year to service a lemon of a roll up garage door at our residence in DC. He always tuned it up so well it almost seemed brand new. When our garage door motor eventually gave out and just stopped mid-track or wouldn’t start moving at all, I called Adina at BWI Garage Doors first and spoke to her in detail about the issue. Gideon came a day later and inspected it, saying it was time to do a full motor replacement. It was a 10 year old unit anyway, so the timing seemed right to us.
