I wanted to say something about the caliber of the ARS personnel. I met the general manager of the Laurel MD branch, and he change my life. I went to buy lunch a few days ago at a local restaurant, and I accidentally dropped my wallet in the parking. On my way home I realized that may wallet was not with me. My adrenaline shot sky high! Realizing that the chances of me finding my wallet decreases with time, I rushed back to the restaurant. I fervently searched the parking lot, no luck. My hope was waning. I decided to go into the restaurant and ask around. Miraculously, there was someone that singled me out and gave me my wallet! This was an ARS employee by the name of Jim McDonough from the Laurel MD. Branch. I tried to compensate Jim and he promptly refused. This gentleman had no clue how his honesty and morals impacted me. Just when I was on the verge of giving up on people, there he was to trigger a course correction for me. He pointed out to me that, contrary to what our society and the news say, there are good people in the world. Jim’s action surpasses “random acts of kindness “ it restored trust, hope, optimism. God placed Jim at the right place and time to exact a miracle for me. For that, I say to him and ARS , Many Thanks!! ARS will continue to be to my contractor of choice! Richard W 12Sept24
Thank so much for coming to my rescue in a pinch with a hot water tank that went out. Your team of professionals worked with with me through the process from the purchase I made from Lowe's to the install contract from Lowe's. The technicians came on time (Mon Jan 15) they removed the old tank and installed the new tank as well as showed me the new safety features of the new tank. The were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I want to thank them personnally for a job well done. John your team did a fantastic job keep up the good work.
