She really is expert at what she does, can follow a photo easily and I cannot stress how much it means to me that she checks in during the cuts--she is honest, not pushy, but does have really outstanding suggestions. I like to style my own hair and dye my own red, so Jenn graciously lets me leave the shop with my damp hair and freshly lightened roots, and I cannot tell you how amazing it is to style it and see exactly what I wanted before my eyes.
