I absolutely loved 6am Girlies by The Polished Brand! It’s the perfect blend of healthy smoothie recipes, uplifting words of affirmation and quick 30 minute workouts . The recipes are simple, delicious, and packed with nutrients, making it easy to incorporate healthier choices into my daily routine. Plus, the affirmations add such a positive and motivating touch—I find myself going back to them every day! The Polished Brand also gave me a complimentary waist trainer, that not only trains my waist but my thighs as well! I love it.

The polished brand was great at customizing my orders the on hand service was very personable & fast. The material was skin perfect & breathable the waist trainers came with sweating cream the packaging with customized notes, meal prep & healthy eating tips was astonishing reasons why we would shop with this brand again I can’t wait to see the upcoming merch we’re definitely giving this business 10 stars
