Had water damage and contacted PuroClean for assistance. Ted was quick to respond and provided outstanding guidance on the next steps and what work needed to be done to address the damage. The crew came out right away and handled the removal of damaged carpet and drywall. Ted was always available to answer my questions, with made this stressful situation much more manageable.
Back in January, our upstairs bedroom's radiator had a leak that caused our living room ceiling to collapse. Allstate assigned PuroClean to the job, and I'm so glad that they did!
