Incredibly efficient and professional experience from a dedicated staff person named Kim at Professional Healthcare Resources! After a number of frustrating attempts to schedule vital healthcare support to me, I was still able to book an appointment very easily and efficiently with assistance from Kim over the telephone and I was scheduled to receive assistance immediately. The whole incident was timely, handled politely and done with very considerable care. Kim was very helpful and got me back on a care schedule very quickly. She and her colleagues are without a doubt now my favorite go-to place for my home healthcare nursing needs!
