Today was my first day here. My old stylist canceled an hr before my appointment. I needed to get somewhere last minute. At 6 am I booked an appointment. Drove 45 minutes and couldn't be happier. I will definitely be back. Leslie was my stylist, she asked questions about how I liked my hair, and what side I wanted my part on. I booked a trim, Leslie showed me what my ends looked like and what she recommended we cut. I was nervous when I first got to the salon. Midway through the appointment I was relaxed and trusted what Leslie had planned.

Let me start my review by saying that THIS is a SALON. My experience was nothing short of amazing from the time I entered to the time I left. The salon was clean, updated, and just as beautiful IRL as it is online. Customer service was on point as well. My appointment was for a Double Process, Trim, and Thermal Press with Tanya. Before she did anything, we consulted about my hair goals, how I had been caring for my hair, and what we could realistically achieve that day. The salon works as a real team and I felt like a client and not a burden (iykyk). I was impressed by the warm welcome upon entering the salon, and the staff were generally friendly throughout my visit. However, I was disappointed with the wash and detangling service. It felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. The person washing my hair began by combing it while dry without properly sectioning it…. Combing it like that can cause breakage. Although my hair was not heavily tangled, the detangling process felt incomplete.Despite this, the blow drying and haircut performed by Kenneth were exceptional, and I was pleased with the outcome.I paid $120 for the service.
