I would like to truly thank Mr Jenkins, Ms Thomas and the staff at JB Jenkins for the most professional and outstanding homegoing service for my Father Robert Hailey. Everyone was so caring. From the door service, waiting room, family meeting and arrangements. My Father looked so nice and peaceful. His casket was BEAUTIFUL. The programs were done just right. Even down to the driver to the cemetery, he was professional and caring and got us there without a hitch. My Father was in the Army and we had an escort all the way to Occoquan National Cemetery. You guys made things so much easier for my family and myself in our time of sorrow. Thank you so much!!

I like their professionalism however I do not like the way they reserve the body’s. A few people I know used their services and their love ones look like they had been dead for a long while. It looked like Rigamortus had set in on the hands of my love one. Not to mention another love one I went to funeral years ago he looked much darker than his original complexion. I almost didn’t recognize him at all

Recently attended a funeral at JB Jenkins. Although their establishment is small, it's very clean and very well maintained. I also found the staff to be extremely friendly. We were greeted at the door, given a pump of hand sanitizer, and escorted to the chapel for the viewing and service. The only thing I couldn't help but notice was that they weren't sanitizing the pens at the condolence book, and they weren't sanitizing the microphones. In COVID times, that matters. Other than that, it was a good experience.
