Walmart Vision & Glasses is a one-stop-shop for vision needs, offering eye exams, affordable prescription glasses, and contact lenses. The staff are professional, kind, and fabulous. They provide great value with top brands at low prices and lots of easy ways to save. The service is extremely personable and professional, with help in ordering, proper measurements, and clear information on options and timing. Many customers recommend this vision center to everyone and refuse to buy glasses anywhere else, calling it absolutely the best. It is a convenient location for all vision care essentials for the whole family.
I have high praise for Karla in the Vision Center who helped my husband and I with getting our new glasses ordered after updating our prescriptions last Thursday. Karla made sure that everything was properly measured, gave us our options for additional features and the costs associated with them, informed us of the time it would take for our new glasses to arrive, and set us up to get alerts when they were ready for pick-up. She was extremely personable and professional.
This is the second time I came here to get my tire plug with the insurance I got through Walmart. I had an appointment and I was the only one waiting and it took an hour to get my tire plug both times. I don't know why it takes so long to plug one tire aEspecially if no one is in front of me. Also due to covid you must wait outside. We are not allowed to wait in the waiting area. I give a 3 star because the customer service is decent but the service takes too long to be waiting outside in the heat, standing up for 1 hour
Walmart Vision in La Plata is excellent. Everyone who has helped me there has been kind, professional, and extremely helpful. I wanted to get new lenses put into frames I got from somewhere else, and return the glasses I had originally gotten from Walmart (they did a great job with them, nothing was "wrong," I just didn't like the way they ended up looking on me). They did an exchange for me and even refunded me the difference in price. I went to get my new glasses adjusted and the woman did them perfectly, and even explained what was wrong and how she was going to fix them.
