I can't express how much I love visiting this location. I like their window decor and the shop is always extremely clean. They always decorate for whatever holiday is coming up. They make me feel very comfortable and the staff is quite knowledgeable. They make me feel more like family than a customer because they take the time to explain everything to you about your prescription. I highly recommend this location!

I am visiting my brother in la Plata, MD from Phoenix, I accidentally stepped on my glasses and one lens popped out. I was unable to correct it so I called Sterling spoke to a very lovely sounding woman explained and she said they would try. I went down and although there were several clients, all being carried for. The manager came out and quickly cared for me, with no fuss. I asked how much I owe, she said nothing. I took out $20. which she refused. A clean store with pleasant staff interacting with clients.
