I can’t say enough great things about Doni!!! Wow… I had a really bad color job done by another salon. Bad is probably an understatement! I went for A color consult today with Doni and she was able to take on the huge task of this huge color correction! She is patient and super knowledgeable! She now has a client for life. Thank you so much for your understanding and helping me get my life back! I know it wasn’t an easy task and I can’t thank you enough!!!

I returned at the request of the business owner, Doni, after having a very poor experience last week. My appointment could not have been better! Doni took the time to listen to my concerns and perform a thorough consultation prior to asking if I would be comfortable returning to the salon chair. She was able to correct my previous stylist's mistakes while also being thoughtful about my preferences. It was comforting to speak with a professional with such passion and skill. I will return for future services.

I used to get my hair done in NJ by my cousin. When I moved to MD, I used to drive back and forth to NJ for my hair appt. After a while, it got harder to do so. I found The Loft and absolutely love it. Casey did my hair recently for the first time and it was perfect! I will definitely keep going back to her! Also, Staff is very nice, salon is very clean, and prices are reasonable!
