I called around to a few plumbers and EPR was one of the few with transparent pricing over the phone. Elijah came out the same day (service charge was half of what others wanted) and was very respectful. He worked quickly but took the time to explain what he did/how I can do some of it on my own in the future. No upcharges, no sales pitches, no haggling to reduce a super high quote, just a fair assessment of good work.

Had a great experience with this plumber. He fixed the issue under my kitchen sink quickly and explained everything clearly throughout the process. He was professional, responsive, and left the area clean when he was done. It’s hard to find reliable people sometimes, and I really appreciated how easy and stress-free he made the whole experience. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

The people at EPR are efficient, fast and hospitable with their service during an emergency situation. Elijah came to our house to fix a bathroom backup we had and did a great job. As we did not prepare for this to happen a day before the 4th of July. I will recommend this company to my family and friends, and if I could give 10/5 stars I would. Thank you
