Friendly staff. I completed the reformer intro class. The studio is older compared to the new club Pilates. The class sizes are small which I like. I'd definitely go back for another class.
Zoa is very resourceful for the workouts to fitt the group talking the class. Christine seems to be in tune with her trainee's body movement from breathing to muscles to positioning. Her guidance helps you feel and realize what your are doing right and wrong.
It has been a joy to watch owner Christine Heckel evolve from a student into a competent, self-confident master instructor/trainer. She is amazing in every respect. Her soft-spoken manner conceals a formidable young woman. Her teaching methods are innovative and fun. One forgets just how hard Pilates can be! As a former Pilates instructor who has taken classes worldwide, I can safely say that she ranks up there with the best of the best. If at all possible, try to take a class from her.
