Jessica did a fantastic job with piercing my daughter’s earlobes. My daughter had a second set done over a week ago, and she has not had any problems so far. Jessica made her feel very comfortable and was very professional. Everything was sterile and clean. I highly recommend her!

Ive been going to American Tattoo since moving to Frederick in 2007 and is the ONLY place Ive ever gotten a tattoo from up here. Always great service, at a clean and hygenic shop!

A slight, minor thing occured (not with a tattoo or staff) that the owner promptly and professionally addressed to satisfaction of all.

A Dealership GM once told me you can tell if a business is customer centric and cares about their customers by how it handles issues that come up; are they dismissive or do they go the extra mile to work with people (within reason).

I found the shop after a quick search and I’m glad I did. The shop is very clean light and airy. Pat did my very first tattoo. He’s got a great attitude and is very professional. He takes great care of his work and explains every aspect of the process. I recommend this shop to anyone!
