Atlas Personal Trainers has been great for my physical and mental health. Mike Turkin offers personalized guidance for each client and is always supportive and encouraging. I have been about to stick with a workout routine for several years and look forward to my sessions each week!

Atlas personal trainers include all. None is left behind. Our younger brother George was included I. Their body builder show although he has not definition to warrant a spot. Trainers Denise and peer/trainer Mike take personal time to train George and offer so much more. Do yourself a favor, try one day at Atlas. It’s not your everyday gym. They actually care about every walk of life even those with disabilities as George.
