Umi is awesome. She did my box braids the right size not too big and not too small. I was in and out within 2 hours. Only complaint is I can’t never catch up with her. ??‍♀️ but overall her customer service skills were excellent!Services: Braids

Rally's I got my hair crocheted on a Saturday and it was coming out by Sunday. I called to complain and the owner was very gracious. She told me to pick my day and come back to have my hair fixed. I came when she said. However, she was not present in the shop. I was told to sit down and they would get to me. I waited almost an hour. The feeling in the shop was uncomfortable and VERY unprofessional. One of the braiders was extremely rude to the point of sucking her teeth! I felt that they were angry with me for coming back in to have my hair fixed. The tone in the shop was ridiculous! It took almost 2 hours to fix my twists. I have been looking for a braider that would not snatch the little bit of edges I have and I think I have doing the one. Umi was quick and awesome. My sides are shaved so she didn't take long we started at 1210pm I was out by 320pm. I will definitely be going back.
