Julian did an amazing last-minute job on my shoes on a busy Saturday afternoon. It was my birthday so him squeezing me in less than 90 mins from closing was beyond appreciated. While I was there, a lady came in and was rather rude to him, yet Julian handled her quite professionally. At the end of her situation, she realized that she was partially at fault for the confusion because she accidentally gave him misinformation. Absolutely love this place. Funny, I was reading reviews for a shoe repair and decided to check out this place. The previous reviews of the place were right. Its definitely a mom and pop shop that still believes in old school customer service. Meaning, you won't find them on the cell phone while you're speaking with them. They actually take the time to listen to you, answer your questions and have you try on the shoes before you leave so they can handle any issues you may have before you leave.

Had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Barrientos to repair my shoes. He did a great job repairing the zipper on my boot and it was ready at the promised time. I recommend this shop for all your shoe repair needs.
