Absolutely love this place. Funny, I was reading reviews for a shoe repair and decided to check out this place. The previous reviews of the place were right. Its definitely a mom and pop shop that still believes in old school customer service. Meaning, you won't find them on the cell phone while you're speaking with them. They actually take the time to listen to you, answer your questions and have you try on the shoes before you leave so they can handle any issues you may have before you leave.

Had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Barrientos to repair my shoes. He did a great job repairing the zipper on my boot and it was ready at the promised time. I recommend this shop for all your shoe repair needs.

I walked in and the owner fixed my belt immediately, no line, no waiting. Service was exceptional I will most definitely return for any shoe or leather goods repairs. Thanks so much!
