Merrick recently finished a master suite addition to our home, and we are incredibly happy with the result! The whole design-build process was seamless and smooth. From our initial consultation, to working with the architect and interior designer, to engaging with the building crew, we worked with a deeply knowledgeable highly professional, trustworthy, and friendly team. From start to finish all Merrick personnel were professional and pleasant. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. When I suffered a fall injury during this time (unrelated to the construction) they sent a lovely get well gift.
My new deck was completed on time in spite of many rainy days and looks great.
I would definitely recommend Merrick Design Build for any construction projects.

We recently finished a significant home renovation with Merrick, and couldn't be happier. The layout of our house was odd, and left our son and daughter sharing a small bedroom for 10 years. We knew we needed more space, but lacked the vision and knowledge of what was possible.
