I stopped in to see if they would be able to repair a pair of heels that needed the heel caps replaced. I found them very reasonably priced and honest about what would and wouldn't be fixed (the shoes were a bit beat up in other spots but comfortable). I picked them up a week later but I am sure that had I needed them sooner I could have asked.
I plan to return if I need shoes fixed in the future.

I had a new pair of Merrells (I’d worn them 3 times) and one of the straps that guides the laces had broken. I didn’t feel like taking it back to the store so I took it into the local shoe repair spot. I figured it would probably be a lot faster than driving back to DSW. It certainly was. He did a really nice job putting Humpty Dumpty back together, again and the charge was extremely reasonable. Nice to support a local when we can.

amazing service from Rick, excellent work done to my redwing work boots. ready for another harsh winter, Rick patched, cleaned and added some rugged toe caps. thank you very much !! he even threw in some new soles. ???
